How much does Valory cost per month?

Plans start from $149/mo (Intro), with Core at $299/mo, Premium at $499/mo, and Enterprise from $1,299/mo. A one-time setup fee from $990 applies depending on scope. Plans are month to month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Setup from $990 covers discovery, call-flow design, voice configuration, integrations, test calls, and launch.

What is included in every plan?

Every plan includes 24/7 inbound call answering, setup around your business, usage reporting, and support from our team. We monitor calls, maintain your agent and improve it over time. Higher tiers include more voice minutes, SMS and connections to your business tools, with outbound calling included on Premium and Enterprise.

How do overages work?

If you exceed included voice minutes or SMS, overages are billed at your plan rate (from $0.30–$0.90/min for voice and $0.10/SMS depending on tier). Usage is visible in your dashboard and we flag trends before you run over limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
